Thanks. But this is what I found out. As I backed my new iphone with firmware 8. installed on it and because my latest backup was based on 8.3, my new phone was not being offered those backups using more advanced firmware. I upgraded the new phone to IOS8.3 and then I could see the latest backps as well. Thank you all.
