yes it is possible, but iTunes 12.1 is the issue since they have change the 
layout.
Connect your frone and run iTunes.
Tab until you find the iPhone button.
Then tab to the treeview and be patient as that treeview doesn't fill quickly.
Arrow down and wait several seconds or more until you hear what you are on. 
When you hear Apps, Then you can tab into the list of apps that are on the 
phone.
I believe they will be checked if they are on your phone.
Check the ones you want to put on your phone and tab to the sinc button.
I am not at the computer, so I hope that is close enough to get you going.
