Hello Alex,

I would suggest Voice dream writer. You can create headings by putting a single 
number sign before heading 1, 2 before heading 2, etc. You can also move the 
cursor by different increments, such as lines or paragraphs. I think that if 
you play with the app a bit, you can structure your notes in a way that will 
make them pretty easy to navigate with this app.
