Here's a link I use, that someone on the list provided earlier. http://www.netflix.com/browse/audio-description I don't know if it yields a full list of AD, but it's a good start.
Once a title begins playing, the Netflix app forces it to landscape, so whatever you're doing to get this to happen must be right. Once the title begins playing, use a two finger double tap to pause playback, move your finger along the top of the now landscaped view to find the Languages tab. Single tap on the languages tab and a list of languages and subtitles appears. In the Languages area, look for the phrase, English Audio Description. I think you need to close the tab with a scrub gesture, but can't remember for sure. Then use a two finger double tap to resume playback.
