I have and enjoy the Plantronics Voyager legend. It does all you say and can
be worn on either ear. The newer model is the Voyager Edge, and some prefer
it to the legend because it can be charged by Micro USB as opposed to the
proprietary magnetic charging system that the Legend uses.

For talking on my phone hands free and it has to have good noise cans
