Hi Danny,

Try switching the rotor to links and moving to the link. Then double-tap and 
hold to bring up a context menu. One of the options should be Copy Link.

If that doesn't work, use the rotor to move to the link again. Voiceover should 
speak it. Do a three-finger quadruple tap to copy the last phrase to the 
clipboard, and you should have it, though there may be extra text you need to 
delete.
