Hi, Everyone. I'm still riding the learning curve with IOS 8 and have questions.
1) Is there a way to lock the screen on my iPod touch so it stays in portrait orientation for the most part? I understand that the orientation will switch when I use the on-screen braille. But it doesn't switch back when I rotate the Touch back to portrait. 2) In Messages, is there a way to review the contents of a previous message in smaller chunks? If I swipe up/down, it brings up an "actions" menu. I just want to be able to read word by word, or if necessary character by character in case I don't understand something the sender writes. 3) I'm using the onboard manual to make the leap from IOS 6 to 8. I'm assuming the manual was written for the non-VO user. What are the gesture equivalents i.e., when the manual says "tap", is that double-tap in VO?
