Hi, Any music on your computer stays on your computer after your iTunes Match subscription ends, including tracks you've downloaded to replace lower-quality versions in your library. What goes away is your ability to download tracks you haven't purchased from iTunes to your devices from iCloud. You'll have to sync those tracks from your computer instead.
