Sandra, I don't have an app idea, but I would humbly like to make a few 
suggestions. I would suggest that you not have your new pup off-leash when you 
go outside until he has learned the recall command. Really, not at all in an 
open area is it good to let your pup run free unless (1) He is cirm on the 
recall command, or (2) Someone able to see him is with you. You could get a 
Flexi-leash or one of those clothesline type chords designed as a leash. I have 
raisow my own dog and this is what I did until she learned that command. Please 
consider what I'm saying. Hopefully this will work for you!
