Hi Daniel,
Are you talking about the buttons that enable changing from one band to
another, or are you talking about the buttons that undo your particular
band?
If the first, if you turn the watch face down and feel with a fingernail
very close to the watch but on the band in the middle, you will feel a
little give. Hold that down at the same time as you slide the band to the
side and out. The only way to feel that spot is when you push it down. It
doesn't stick out past the band at all. Once you get used to it, it will be
easy.
