I think audio memos might have a way to do this with your browser. I need to go look again.
But, I think Apple has completely destroyed accessibility with this feature in the latest iTunes. I have written them and the folks at AI Squared. I wold suggest everyone else write Apple Accessibility and their screen reader manufacturer as well. This is completely nuts.
