Hi Amy,

It sounds like you've already done this, but go into the Watch app on your 
phone, choose Notifications, and make sure the apps you want to notify you on 
the watch are on. Also go to Sounds and Haptics on your watch, 
and make sure the volume and haptic strength are set high. I also like to turn 
on Prominent Haptic to make the feedback more noticeable. I suggest doing this 
on the watch because the slider for adjusting haptic strength seems to work 
better in the watch app than on the phone. Also, if you're using your iPhone, 
notifications always go to the phone rather than the watch, so be sure the 
screen on your iPhone is locked when you test out the feature. I hope this is
