You can do this two ways, by turning down the volume of voice over, or by turning up your sound volume which does not include voice over. To adjust your sound volume, go to the control center and swipe until you come to the volume setting. To adjust the voice over volume, you must first add the volume choice to your rotor. This can be done in settings, general, accessibility, voice over, rotor. Once this is done, you can just turn your rotor to volume and flick up or down to adjust the voice over volume.
