My suggestion would be search for the hashtag you want, then save it as a saved search. It’ll show up as an option on the menu. I have a few hashtag searches saved.
Then you can always set it for one of the top tabs, as discussed earlier. Tap & hold on one of the top tabs, until an list of options appears. Select your saved search, to replace the tab above.
