The no commercials thing only applies to the TV portion, where you can watch the games on-demand. I think people are getting that confused. GamePass allows you to either listen to live audio feeds of every game including playoffs and the Super Bowl, or you can watch them on-demand with the TV broadcasts with no commercials, and DVR functionality.
