I need some serious help with safari, and I am at a real loss as to what to do.
The other night I was trying to go to Craigs list. I think i miss-typed. But no actual website came up. Instead, I got an error message. Now every time I attempt to open safiri, I get this error message. I can no longer use this app at all. I get a message saying something about a firewall website, and how a 3rd party application is stopping the program from running. Then it gives me an 844 number to call, to fix the problem. I did call the number just to see what would happen. A man with an accent answered, and said support. I asked him, what kind of support, and he said Apple. I did not really believe it. He told me that there was a problem with my phone, and for 60 dollars it could be fixed. I told him no thank you, and hung up. This is the number I called. 844-749-5728 Has anyone ever had an issue like this? If so, how do i go about fixing it? Do I possibly have a virus on my phone? Also, is that number really Apple support? Any help or suggestions anyone can give me would be very much appreciated. Thank you!
