Hello Jim, I haven't used iTunes for windows in a while so I can't answer all three questions but I can answer the second one. First if you are trying to sync music to your phone then first connect your iPhone to your computer. Next once iTunes opens tab to the iPhone button and then press space. Next tab to the treeview and then use the up or down arrow keys to find music. Then tab to the sync music check box and then press space to ccheck the box. Next after that when you tab again there will be two radio buttons. The first radio button is called sync entire music library this allows you to sync your entire music library. If this is what you want to do then press space to check the box. Then there is a second radio button called sync selective playlists. This allows you if you have already created a playlist to sync just that playlist to your phone. Now if you are going to choose the sync entire music library radio button then after pressing space to check the radio button then from that point tab until you get to the apply button and then press space to confirm. Now if you choose the second option sync selective playlists then you will tabto a table where then you will see your list of playlists that you have created. Once there use the up or down arrow keys to find the playllists you want to sync and then press space. Then tab to the apply button and then press space to confirm. Sent from my iPhone
