At the moment, I can log in via my pc, but only partially, using the app on my iPhone. I did not try it, using Safari on my phone, but it probably would work, since Internet Explorer can access it. Using IE, I went through the books that had been added since I last was able to log in, and added a few to my wish list. I then went to my phone app, accessed the wish list, and downloaded one of them. As the time of this message, the browse bard section in the phone app still does not work. Let's hope BARD continues to make progress toward becoming fully functional.
