The tech told me that they are at the bottom of the chain. They have not seen or been trained on the new phones. What I found even more interesting is that when I told him that I was running 9.0 he insisted that I was a developer. He was actually quite rude about it. I couldn't remember the link to the public beta program so told him I would email him the link. He called me a couple of minutes apologizing because he found the link to the public beta program. Like Christopher said these guys are jus support techs. They are not developers.
