Hi Kimber,

Did you do any sort of preparation before doing the update, e.g. backup your 
phone, force quit all apps, perform a Reset all Network Settings? John's 
suggestion to go to Settings > General > Reset and do a Reset All Network 
Settings would also be my advice. Remember after your phone reboots you have to 
reconnect again to your WiFi and enter the password. Following the simple steps 
I outlined above can prevent most upgrade issues.
One last comment, if you have given your iPhone a custom name in Settings > 
General > About you will have to enter that name again after a Reset All 
Network Settings since that procedure will put the default name back.
