Hello,
No Apple did not introduce a native add blocker. What they did was allow third parties to create the add blockers to work with Safari in iOS 9.

All,
Was wondering which ad/content blockers people recommend for use in
iOS 9 that are good and accessible? I use Safari for my web browsing,
for what its worth.

Thanks,
Wayne
