What's the very first setting you find there, under the heading "Use Touch ID For"? Hint: it says "iPhone unlock"

Hi I installed IOS 9 yesterday and now when I go to unlock my phone.
I have to enter a for digit pass word.
Can you change this in settings on your phone so you can just unlock your phone with out having to enter A for digit pass code to unlock the phone?
If so where do you go to change this and how to you change it and make it last so you don't have to change it again?
