I didn't find it as a setting. When my iPod touch 6th generation gave me the 
20% battery warning it annouced low power mode and there was an OK button I 
think. It happened quickly.
When I plugged it in and charged it up to 100% and unplugged it, it announced 
that low power mode was turned off and it was sufficiently charged or something 
like that.
