I read this story using one of my local television station's app on my iPhone, 
and thought everybody should know about this.  I will post the link to the 
story at the end.  IOS 9 contains something called WiFi assist, which is meant 
to boost a weak WiFi signal by supplementing it with your lte data.  This seems 
to me to be a  back door way to run up one's data bill, so the phone companies 
can collect extra money , being that it is turned on by default.  I turned it 
off.  Go to settings, cellular, and find it near the bottom of the long list of 
things that can access one's cellular data.  I think it   should be turned off 
by default. Perhaps I am being overly paranoid.
