Hello Amy, I was able to get the app to take a picture of a single document. At that time, it did not play any text and I could not close it with a two finger scrub or double tapping on the back button so I closed the app from the app switcher. Now, I am experiencing the same issue; however, for me when the app crashes after I take a picture it stays focused on the app itself and does not move my focus to a different app. The issue you are experiencing had been posted on the AppleVis forums yesterday and the resolution seems to be to contact support. Hopefully, a fix for this will be out soon.
