Hi Neal, I also use the Ivana voices on my iPad mini to running iOS 9.01. The issue happened when I upgraded from a 5S which had been running iOS 9.01 successfully with those voices to a 6S, where I had to reinstall them and ran into the crash with inaccessible voices problem.
