Hi all,
I am coming from an iPhone 5S. With that phone, there were sometimes funny
issues with a call moving back-and-forth between the earpiece, so to speak, and
the speaker. It was my understanding that you were supposed to be able to move
the phone away from your face, and that will cause the sound to switch to
speakerphone. That process was somewhat hit and miss with the 5S, although it
generally did occur, albeit with a little bit of delay sometimes. With my new
phone, however, it is a real struggle to get a call to switch over to speaker.
Is there some new process that was implemented that I'm unaware of?
Mary
