Hello Keith. When you add phone numbers to contacts, there's a shift key below the number 7. When you activate this key, the comma appears below the numbers. You have to press the shift key for each comma you enter. The comma enters a pause. Each comma increases the pause so you have to play with it a little until your dialing accesses the automated phone system and accesses the appropriate menu options. I have my phone set up to dial into our paratransit's automated system and choose the correct option.
