Hi, I have an iPhone 4S that I have had and used for almost 3 years now. LOL. This isn’t just a bug in iOS 9, I saw it in iOS 8.4 or whatever the last iOS 8 version was. It’s not a deal breaker or anything, and can be easily worked around. I’d call it, a slight annoyance really.
