If you use Google Docs, there is a spelling and grammar checker, from the selection control. Explore that, it might be pretty useful. I do wish Voiceover had more controls for finding and correcting spelling errors. Right now, you have to rely on speech to say "misspelled" and mess around with backspacing spaces and such to get the suggestions to come up. Its really tricky and messy, to me at least.
