Here's one for you.Westminster clock will do the trick. You have around four chimes to choose from, and you can either have it pealing the full chime, or just chiming on the hour, and of course you can set it to chime on the quarter and half and thre quarter hour if you want to. I love it, and it will chime even if your screen is locked. Hth.
