Hello Emilio, As I read your question, several things came to mind.
Assuming you are choosing to sync your audio books via iTunes, then, upon opening the iBooks app, find the Collections button. Upon activating this button, select audio books and then choose the done button. You will now see all of your audio books that you have selected to sync from iTunes. If, upon performing the above steps, you do not see your audio books, then attempt to sync some kind of other media from your computer's iTunes Library such as a song or two. Confirm that the songs are being either synced or not then, let us know.
