I am surprised Applevis did not mention the phone bug where Voiceover would lock up for some user when a headset was connected. From what I can tell this had been fixed completely.
Another bug which has been fixed and which has not been mentioned yet on Applevis is about focus staying where it should. For example, open an email a ways down in your Inbox, then use the back button or scrub gesture and now Voiceover will keep focus on that email instead of putting focus back to the top of the Inbox.
