Hi.

Due to a hard drive failure, I had to restore everything. Thankfully I had
everything backed up, so it wasn't an issue. This did mean, however, that I
had to restore my iTunes files. I have them in a folder that's different
from the default iTunes folder where items are stored, so I let iTunes know
where this was, and it indicated that it loaded my content. Now comes the
fun. I went to the apps setting to see if I had any apps that had updates.
At first iTunes displayed information about what the apps feature was for,
but my apps weren't there. I noticed there were two folders, an apps
folder, and a mobile apps folder. Thinking that iTunes didn't have the apps
in the right place, I moved all the apps in the mobile apps folder into the
automaticly add to the iTunes library. iTunes indicated that the apps
already existed, and did I want them replaced? I told it to do so, and now
iTunes reports all my apps are up to date. Now comes the interesting part.
When I look at the apps in my mobile applications folder, they're not the
latest and greatest. I looked in the location where iTunes would, by
default, store the apps, and nothing's there, not even the folder. I have
two questions. Do I have the latest apps? If I do, where are they on the
PC? I double checked to see where the iTunes folder was in preferences, and
it's indicating where I have my library.

Any ideas?
