Hi Christina, It’s not a mistake. Apple Music incorporates the matching functionality of iTunes Match, but with some caveats. If you don’t pay for iTunes Match, and you download a copy of a song it matched with the apple music catalog, the copy you download can only be played on that specific device, as opposed to being able to be copied and played with a 3rd party program.
