Hopefully, I am the only one that didn't know this. I post it, in case I am not. This is for when you find one of those pop up buttons that continues to say pop up, no matter how often you double tap it. After you tap the pop up button and it says pop up button, again, touch the lower right hand corner of the screen, and it should say picker item, adjustable. Then, use the picker item as usual. I discovered this purely by accident one night.
