Similar to Tom, I don't use Be My Eyes often but it is there when I need it. It is like having a volunteer in my pocket, available anytime. Yesterday I showed a student I am working with how to use it and he was blown away. I think this app still has its place, even if it is for the person who doesn't want to pay a fee or subscription but wants to be able to access help anytime of the day or night.
