Well, I am not getting the page 3 or 4 or any page message. At first I got a
location message of where things were on the screen.

Are you sure the three finger swipe up is registering? Are you getting the
page 3 of 4 message or whatever it says? I had this issue prior to IOS 9,
and a three finger swipe up to move to the next page followed by exploring
the screen for the word install always did the trick.

That might be why. I was on 30%, adapter on, and it automatically
installed 9.1 over 9.02. In that case, you will have to explore by
touch, as others have mentioned.
