Hi, My guess is that some tracks in the playlist are ineligible for iCloud. Maybe they're at too low a bitrate, or there's something really long, possibly a couple of hours long. If even one track is ineligibl for iCloud, the playlist won't be available to iCloud and iTunes Match.
