I suggest for yo to contact apple accessbility. I doubt about having the setting doing about it. there are apps that are braille friendly and I notice some other apps being unfriendly.. and some other apps are not made for braille users, as they could be audiable. applevis would tell you about which apps are friendly.
I do call apple care and ask someone to check about app being friendly or not and soeone runs over to go through before coming back to tell me.
