I meant no offense, I was under the impression pretty much everything one buys from Apple has a 30-day satisfaction guaranty, especially their own products. I just brought it up in case it was not something you were aware of. Anyhow, apparently I am wrong here, my apologies.

Also, why is that the answer given every time someone gives there opinion on this list, “well if you don’t like it just send it back”. I do think those features you mentioned are neat but personally not worth $150.00 to me and you can already move forward and backwards on the apple tv 3. My home is full of apple products so even if I could I wouldn’t send it back I just said if I had to do it over again I would have been a little more patient and purchased it further down the road. If having Siri is worth the purchase to you then by all means go for it! For one thing it has SIRI and just being able to skip forward and backward while playing a movie is a really nice feature all by itself. Also searching for movies with SIRI is quite nice. I also like the fact that I can press the menu button three times quickly to turn Voiceover on or off, not sure if this worked on the third gen, but on my second Gen I had to press and hold it and then select to turn off Voiceover from the little menu. Also, you say you had it for a few weeks, if it’s less than 30 days just pack it back up and return it to Apple for a full refund if you don’t like it at this point. You can always repurchase it a year or so down the road when it’s more complete. I’ve have owned the apple TV 4 for a few weeks now and I also own the apple TV 3. Firstly, let me say that I have no doubt that the apple TV 4 will do nothing but get better in time, however, if I had it to do over again I would not have purchased the apple TV 4 at this time. In my opinion, right now the apple TV 4 has nothing to offer us that the apple TV 3 already does except a higher price tag. I really like the layout of the new remote but like Kerri already stated it is very sensitive but not very responsive. I find myself swiping several times to get it to move where I want it to, and if you’re watching something with the remote in your hand, you better lay the remote down somewhere because if you rub against the remote you will activate something. I was so frustrated with the new remote I went to Amazon and purchased me another one of the standard remotes to use with the apple TV 4. As far as apps, right now there just isn’t enough there that is accessible to justify the cost for us when you can purchase an apple TV 3 for $69.99 and get a lot more for your bucks. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not bashing the apple TV 4 just stating that I should have been a little more patient and waited a little while before purchasing. I have owned this 4 generation tv for 2 weeks and here are my thoughts. The remote is sensitive but yet I find it unresponsive in areas like the app switcher for example. The other issue I find is apps--I site ABC news--is not as clearly laid out as it is in the apple TV third generation. For example in this app if you want the show 20/20, this app does not specify but states 1 of 10 in a given area of the app. I also think as others have stated that it is expensive for how much like a beta it feels. but it is good and it hopefully will improve.
