That is correct, I have been beta testing for Sonos for some years now and TruePlay is not currently supported when Voiceover is running.

From what I'm told this is normal behavior for now. I've been told that they haven't figured how to get it to work properly without VoiceOver interfering with it. So the app detects when VoiceOver is running and the button for it is hidden. This feature has a setting where you set the Trueplay thingy up, only this feature isn’t accessible. I can not see the button for it at all. It’s supposed to be under the room setting and EQ but it isn’t accessible.
