Hi, OS updates for Apple TV 4 won't fix accessibility issues with individual apps, as that's the responsibility of the developer rather than Apple. It looks like support for the Remote app is back, and Siri control of Apple Music has been added. There are some VoiceOVer fixes too, including phonetic spelling when moving character by character, it's much more responsive while content is playing back, and when you adjust the volume, having VoiceOver on isn't causing audio to duck.
