Hi,
There is no drafts section to the messages app for iOS. If a message fails
to be sent, there will be an alert on the messages app on the home screen,
and it will say message sent failure in the actual message thread right
under your message that you tried to send. With the exception of iMessages
which will show a delivered tag under your sent message in the thread, there
is no way to be certain that someone has received your text once it has been
successfully sent.
