I have Windows 10 on my laptop I wasn't asked if I wanted to install it on my laptop. My wife and I were having coffee together and when I came back in to the computer room, Windows 10 was installing. I'm not feeling friendly toward Microsoft at the moment so I think I'll just watch from the side lines for awhile and see what everybody else things about Cortana.
