Hmmm. I don't think they do. All the Neospeech voices I've come across, like Paul, Kate, Julie, James and Brigit, all use 16 KHZ. I don't really care for Ashley or Hugh, but from what I've seen, they both are 16 KHZ. Maybe Neospeech does sell 22 KHZ voices, but odds are that those are only available for enterprise or business purposes.
