Hi Don, I was wondering the very same thing just yesterday morning; one of my students needed to add some contacts for our local paratransit services, with the menu choices preprogrammed in. I set up two nearly identical contact entries, one called Global Reservations, which he'd use to book rides, and the other called Global Cancellations, which he'd use for canceling rides or checking on arrival times. In both cases, I put nothing in either the first or last name fields, only in the company name and phone number fields. We tested both of them, saying "dial global reservations" and "dial global cancellations". Both worked like a champ. I didn't have to do anything in Settings beforehand; they just worked, and worked very well. Best regards, Tom
