Hi Ramy, A second generation Apple TV should do the trick. However, what exactly are you connecting it to? You can't connect it to any speakers directly unless they are powered speakers which have an optical toslink input, the second and third generation Apple TV have only HDMI and optical audio outputs, the new fourth gen Apple TV only has HDMI, no more optical out. Normally you would connect it to an amplifier or receiver which has optical inputs or you could possibly get around this with a converter which converts a digital optical to an analogue signal.
Alternatively, you could get an Airport Express, you can also Airplay to it and it has a 3.5mm analogue output which can be connected to powered speakers or an RCA analogue input on an amplifier or receiver.
