I am not receiving the "request error" user account does not have permissions to perform this action" on the Mac, and on the main site. Downloaded without a hitch there, so it isn't a limits issue. It's strictly an app issue, it appears. I did close the app, then reopen and tried again, and also shut off the phone, turned it back on, and tried again. No luck. Christine
