What is cloud storage support in the mail app?

If you type something and then swipe up or down with rotor set to characters or words, voiceover just clicks. I tried Outlook app some time ago and I didn't liked it at all. Wouldn't know if they did something with accessibility and usability meanwhile. I also tried MailBox by DropBox and it was disaster at the time I tried it. Gmail and Mail.ru app are better but i really hate Gmails forced threaded view and Mail.ru has that also plus some buttons are not clearly labeled. So for the time beeing, I'm sticking with the native Mail app. I had some issues with opening large conversations with lots of replies back on my 4S but with 6S Plus it runs smoothly. There are no sounds in Outlook when sending or receiving email. Does anyone know how to fix this? I turn notifications off because I did not want outlook to continuously fetch my email. Is there anyway to fix this so that email will not continuously fetch mail but I can still get the sounds if I turn notification back on?
